In mid-2004, the authors published a 60 page Supplement to the Hochman Encyclopedia of American Playing Cards of 2000.  It included over 100 new listings and/or revisions to the original book, complete with black and white pictures and a price guide covering all 2600 listings in the Encyclopedia and Supplement.  It is available from U.S. Games Systems and major book chains.
